In short: AI-assisted artwork is generally created for digital use. It is not guaranteed to be suitable for commercial printing, screen printing, embroidery, engraving, apparel production, or signage manufacturing. Professional print-ready artwork is available on request at an additional quoted cost.
Waves Consultant LLC utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital design tools to develop creative graphics, promotional images, marketing materials, and visual content for customers.
These tools allow Waves Consultant to deliver visually engaging artwork efficiently and cost-effectively, particularly for websites, social media, digital advertising, electronic displays, and other digital applications.
Not all artwork is AI-generated. Waves Consultant may also use conventional design software, licensed assets, customer-provided materials, and professional graphic design services depending on project requirements.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AI-generated artwork and digital graphics supplied by Waves Consultant are intended primarily for digital applications.
These images are not represented or guaranteed to be suitable for commercial printing, screen printing, embroidery, engraving, apparel production, signage manufacturing, or other physical reproduction.
AI-generated artwork may not include the technical specifications required by commercial printers or manufacturers, including:
Providing a high-resolution image does not necessarily mean that the artwork is suitable for professional printing.
Customers requiring artwork for T-shirts, hats, uniforms, promotional merchandise, commercial signage, or other printed products may request professional print-ready graphic design services.
Waves Consultant may coordinate these services through independent professional graphic designers or specialized production providers.
All print-ready artwork preparation, vector conversion, artwork recreation, embroidery digitizing, and other specialized production services are subject to a separate written quote and customer approval.
These services are not included in standard AI-assisted digital artwork pricing unless specifically identified in the customer's written estimate or agreement.
Customers are responsible for informing Waves Consultant of any intended commercial printing, embroidery, manufacturing, or physical reproduction requirements before approving a project.
Customers should provide their printer's or manufacturer's required file specifications before requesting production-ready artwork.
Unless specifically included in an approved written agreement, Waves Consultant is not responsible for converting digital artwork into production-ready files or ensuring acceptance by third-party printers or manufacturers.
Customers are responsible for obtaining final approval of artwork, proofs, colors, sizing, and production specifications from their selected printing or manufacturing provider before authorizing production.
AI-assisted artwork may contain visual inaccuracies, unintended design elements, or limitations affecting reproduction and editing.
Waves Consultant does not guarantee that AI-generated artwork is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from similarities to third-party works.
Customers must have appropriate rights or permissions for logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials they provide for incorporation into artwork.
Any transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights must be expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Delivery of artwork does not automatically include ownership of underlying design files, source files, or third-party licensed assets.
Waves Consultant does not guarantee that artwork intended for digital use will be accepted by any third-party printing, embroidery, signage, or manufacturing provider.
Unless Waves Consultant expressly agrees in writing to manage physical production, third-party production requirements, costs, proof approvals, and finished-product quality remain the responsibility of the customer and their selected provider.
Any limitations of liability, warranties, or remedies applicable to Waves Consultant's services are governed by the customer's applicable written service agreement and governing law.
